Dr. Jason Lowenstein

Dr. Jason E. Lowenstein is a board-certified, fellowship-trained scoliosis & spinal deformity surgeon and is committed to the treatment of children and adults living with spinal deformities such as scoliosis, kyphosis, and spondylolisthesis. He serves as the Medical Director and Chief of Scoliosis & Spinal Deformity at Morristown Medical Center and the Atlantic Health System and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, NYU Langone Health.

Dr. Lowenstein has been recognized for his outstanding work as a spine surgeon. He has been identified as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor; voted Top Doctor by New York Magazine, New Jersey Monthly Magazine, and Jersey’s Best Magazine; honored by Inside Jersey Magazine as a Top Doctor, Top Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon, and Top Doctor for Children’s Health, and was named one of NJ’s Favorite Kids’ Docs by New Jersey Family magazine.

He is an active member of the Scoliosis Research Society, the North American Spine Society, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
